This 6 weeks is an invitation to pause. To breathe. To come back to yourself.
The course is grounded in the Mindfulness Now approach drawing on both MBSR and MBCT, two of the most well-researched frameworks in mindfulness practice. What that means for you is a course that’s been thoughtfully put together and that has your whole experience in mind.
Each week we will move through practical evidence based practices you can carry into everyday life. Alongside guided meditation, there will be space for reflection, gentle discussion and ideas for home practice. This is your time to explore what works best for you.
You will be met with warmth and supported throughout. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
By the end of the six weeks, you may find yourself feeling less pulled by stress and anxiety, clearer in your thinking and a little kinder to yourself. A quieter, more grounded sense of everyday life, that’s what this course is here to support.
